A limited number of sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available during the conference. Sponsors are provided booth space in the exhibit area and allowed to present during one or more of the concurrent breakout sessions depending upon level of sponsorship. Exhibitors are provided booth space in one of two exhibit areas.

All sponsors and exhibitors must represent products and services related to PK-12 programs and the conference planning team reserves the right to refuse participation by vendors with products and services that are unrelated to the administrative and academic needs of PK-12 schools. Due to limited space in the exhibit area, sponsor and exhibitor participation will be on a first-paid, first-choice basis, and sales will be closed as soon as all 88 exhibit spaces are committed.

Due to overwhelming interest in the conference, this year’s SOTF Conference will include 2 Exhibit Halls . Exhibit Hall 2 will include a Networking Lounge and the Technology & Computer Science Playground. So, if the product or service offered is technology related (hardware, software, AI, etc.), you may want to locate your exhibit booth in Hall 2. Both Exhibit Halls will include refreshments and snacks during the scheduled Coffee Breaks.

(includes private room and up to 6 presentation slots, aligned with the conference schedule)

Gold Sponsor (limit of four) - $15,000
(includes 3 exhibit booths and 2 presentation slots, one on each day of the conference.)

Silver Sponsor (limit of six) - $10,000
(includes 2 exhibit booths and 1 presentation slot)

Bronze Sponsor (limit of ten) - $5,000 SOLD OUT!
(includes 1 exhibit booth and 1 presentation slot)

Exhibitor Fees $1,500

Includes 10’ x 10’ booth with 10’ backdrop and one 6’ skirted table with two chairs.

Each exhibit booth also includes two complementary registrations/badges and all meals and receptions.

Vendors purchasing multiple booths will also receive additional badges.

Booth price includes free WiFi but does not include electrical power. Power may be purchased from the exhibit hall service manager.

2024 LSOTF Pre-Conference Sponsorship Information

The Leading the Schools of the Future Summit will take place on November 13, 2024, the day before the 2024 Schools of the Future Conference and will convene leadership teams from Hawaii’s Public, Private, Parochial and Charter Schools. The Summit provides a unique opportunity for up to four sponsors to interface with key decision makers.

LSOTF Summit Sponsor: Cost $1,500 (3 Opportunities)

Sponsorship of the LSOTF Summit includes:

• 5-minute speaking opportunity during the selected Summit.
• Opportunity to interface, connect and develop relationships with school leaders statewide.
• Exhibit table and two chairs, set-up in the event room during the Summit.
